A private internal tool that reads Verdelic's own Google Ads performance once a day, so one person can tell whether advertising is working without checking a dashboard by hand.
Once per day it queries the Google Ads API for the previous day's campaign, ad group and asset performance across Verdelic's own advertising accounts. It stores those aggregate numbers in a database on a private server, alongside the first-party product analytics Verdelic already collects, and sends a notification when something needs attention.
Two things it is built to catch, both of which are easy to miss by hand:
Write access is deliberately narrow, and every one of these mirrors something that would otherwise be done by hand in the Google Ads web interface:
It does not create campaigns or ads, does not manage keywords or audiences, and does not create or manage accounts.
One person: Ibrahim Hajjaj, who operates Verdelic. It is not sold, licensed, distributed, or bundled into any product. It has no sign-up, no other users, and no public interface. It accesses only Verdelic's own Google Ads accounts and never a third party's.
It reads aggregate campaign reporting only: names, impressions, clicks, cost, conversions and cost per conversion, by day. It reads no user-level data, no click identifiers and no personal information about anyone who saw or clicked an advertisement. Nothing is shared with any third party. The full detail is in the privacy policy.
Verdelic's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
